Stuart Johns (keyboard, lead vocals)
Stuart is originally from Newcastle NSW, where he studied both Classical and Jazz piano at the Conservatorium of Music. Stuart’s talents were utilised in many different musical formats, from accompanist for instrumental examinations to rockin’ it up in various duos, trios and bands. It was only through necessity when one of these bands lead vocalist got laryngitis that Stuart found he had a voice as well. Since then with some vocal coaching Stuart has developed a ‘kick ass’ gritty rock voice.
Steve Parkins (guitar, vocals)
Steve is originally from London, where he played in bands, while also working for Sony Records, (formally C.B.S)
Immigrating to Perth, Steve met Stuart while playing in local trio 3rd Degree.
After a short break to concentrate on writing original songs, Steve and Stuart recently formed Rock-a-fellas.
Rock-a-fellas is the result of Steves and Stuarts desire to forman up-tempo duo, playing classic songs, with a full band sound.
