Since the formation of the Sartory String Quartet in 2003, the group has achieved much recognition in Australia and overseas. They have achieved multiple honours both as a quartet and individually. In 2005 they were chosen to represent Western Australia at the World Expo in Aichi, Japan and in 2007 completed a two-month tour of New South Wales and Victoria.

The quartet has been guest artists at the annual Blackwood River Chamber Music Festival and Darlington Chamber Music Series. The quartet members are active and regular performers in WA, performing with the Australian Chamber Orchestra, West Australian Symphony Orchestra, Juniper Chamber Orchestra and other freelance ensembles which provide high quality music for corporate and private functions.
